read an article at fastcompany.com. it was about how the todays dot com bigges also called garage cos came up. The article tries to highlight the fact that work experience at good organizations played an important role in the development of people who came up with the ideas.

This i believe willl be true for a lot of other situations as well. so just attributing it to work exp. may not be the right way out. However it is pretty clear that most of the people who were able to attain great heigts were the one's who wanted change and used net as a tool to achieve that end!!
